We do offer a complete framed table plan but for those of you that want to create your own seating plan, we offer table plan cards instead.  These are created in your chosen design with all your guest names printed. 

These are a great way of displaying your seating plan with the cards stuck to a frame or board using our wax seals or double-sided tape or simply placed in individual frames.  We also supply a twine and tag version so you can hang them on a tree or attach to string with mini pegs or clips.

We can also create them with a border card which is an extra panel of card attached to the back of the table plan cards to create a border and provide some extra strength to the cards.

A horizontal header card is available with your names and wedding date and features your chosen design.

Also available are matching table number cards, menus, place cards and guest book.

Guest Name Printing:  A list of your guest names for each table will be printed on each card.  We will ask you to email them to us once you have placed your order.



We can create this product in your own colour scheme.



Browse our collections to request up to three samples of our wedding invitations.  The personalised wedding invitation samples are made to order featuring your names and for colour-adjustable designs in your requested colour.  Please allow approx 7-10 working days. 



We understand that the quantities for your 'on-the-day' stationery depend on the response from your wedding invitations, you can order your invitations separately and order the 'on-the-day' stationery later.  However please note that we need to have the production time slotted into our diary so please let us know as we can get fully booked.  If you would prefer to order all the wedding stationery at the same time to ensure you are in our diary we can take estimated quantities and you can confirm them later.  We always advise ordering extra wedding invitations to cover guest list changes, handwriting errors or a keepsake.  If you do need to order extra invitations, providing there are no changes and we have the availability, we will produce these at a revised rate.  Minimum of 5 invitations.



Add the items and quantities you would like to the cart.  Most of our products have various options for you to select, you will see the price adjusts to reflect this.  After submitting your order please note that you are not due payment at this point, this is to allow for tailored individual requirements.  Once we have checked over your order we will email an invoice requesting payment.



Select your wording number from the Invitation Wording Guide - If you would like to use your own wording please enter it when prompted at the checkout stage or you can email it to us separately. If you are ordering Info Cards we will ask you to email the wording for this to us once we receive your order.



Complete the checkout process on our website to confirm the items and quantities that you would like.   You will receive an automatic email confirmation.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.



Once we have checked over your order and finalised any details with you we will then email an invoice requesting payment.  Once your payment is received your order is secure and booked into the diary, then proof production can commence.  If you would like to order your 'on-the-day' wedding stationery at the same time as your wedding invitations ensuring your order is in our diary we will request a 50% non-refundable deposit for those items.  The balance will be due at a later stage when those items are scheduled to go into production and exact quantities are confirmed.  



Digital proofs will be emailed to you so you can check the wording.  An updated proof will always be sent after any alterations and nothing goes to print until you have given the go ahead.



Generally our invitation orders are produced 2-3 weeks after you have approved the proof.  However it’s important to factor in time beforehand for the order setup including the proof creation and any alterations which can involve updated versions going back and forth.  Timescales can be affected if we are busy or fully booked but we will let you know.  We recommend allowing 6 weeks.  If you need your order quickly, we always try to accommodate if possible.
