ORDERING

HOW TO ORDER

• Please contact to check availability before ordering.
• Download and print the Order Form  It contains wording, layouts, fonts (typestyles) and information to assist you.
• Decide upon design, colour scheme, wording & fonts.
• Work out the quantities you require.  We advise ordering a small quantity of extras to cover any guest list additions, handwriting mistakes and keepsakes.
• Complete the Order Form – using the Ordering Information form to assist you.
• Send completed Order Form along with a 50% deposit to secure your order. (Full payment is required for orders below £100 or if required within 6 weeks)
• Please make cheques payable to Bee Invited
• On receipt of your order you will then be emailed a set of proofs to check the spelling and wording of the inserts.  Please check and advise of any amendments or approval.  When your order is in progress we will then request the final payment.

 TIMESCALES

• Please allow 6 weeks.  Production time is usually no later than 6 weeks after you have approved the proofs.  Can be less/more dependant on availability and size of your order. 

• If your order is required more urgently please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate. Depending on our schedule, this sometimes incurs an extra charge.

• Please feel free to phone or email if you would rather check our availability status before placing your order.

WHEN TO PLACE AN ORDER

• We strongly recommend that you order your stationery 6-9 months before the wedding.  Whilst this may seem too early, don’t forget you will most likely be sending your invitations 2-3 months before the wedding date.  You also need to allow time to write them!

• Also bear in mind that sometimes we are fully booked which may mean the production time will take a little longer than 6 weeks.

WHAT TO ORDER

It is advisable to order everything you need all at once as;

• Colour variations can occur in different batches of card, paper, ribbon etc.  Certain handmade papers are dyed by batch and each colour batch can vary significantly.

• Depending on workload, there may not be enough production time available for additional items should you wish to order them at a later date.  However we will always do our utmost to provide them.

PAYMENT DETAILS

• 50% deposit or full payment if order is less than £100 or required within 6 weeks

• Payment is by CHEQUE ONLY:  Payable to Bee Invited
